Oana Zamă – speaker at the urban planning law conference

The legal consistency and clarity of specific urbanism and territorial planning operational instruments has a direct impact on the quality of life, the maintaining of the real-estate prices and on the public health. In this context, the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in collaboration with the Universul Juridic Group, organizes The National Conference on the Law of Urbanism and Territorial Planning on November 7, at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in the Constantin Stoicescu Hall.

During the conference, between 11:40 and 12:00, our colleague,Oana Zamă – Partner –  will analyze the legal dimensions of urban reframing: context, regulations and relevant jurisprudence.
