Cătălina Dicu (Senior Partner) and Geanina Barbu (Associate) analyze in the article the legal pitfalls of the draft law for amending the Law on payment in kind no. 77/2016. The project was intended to limit the right of appreciation of the court on unforeseen conditions, by instituting unforeseen legal presumptions.
