National Conference on Family Law – "Violence in Family Relationships" – October 16 – Faculty of Law

The Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, the National Institute of Magistracy, in partnership with Wolters Kluwer Romaniaand with the support of STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, is organizing "National Conference on Family Law. Violence in Family Relations" (2nd edition) on October 16, starting at 2:30 p.m., in the Constantin Stoicescu Hall of the Faculty of Law.

Domestic violence is not an individual problem, but a social one that affects entire communities. Through this conference, specialists from the legal, academic, and institutional fields will analyze the legislative framework, judicial practices, and solutions that can ensure real protection for victims.

The event will also be broadcast online, free of charge, on the legislative platform Sintact.ro.
