Mircea Vasile – Webinar on the Legal Protection of Computer Programs

During the webinar Legal Protection of Computer Programs – Practical Aspects, which will take place on May 6, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Mircea Vasile– Associate – will address, from a predominantly practical perspective, the legal mechanisms for the protection of computer programs, with an emphasis on procedural aspects regarding provisional measures and their correlation with the main proceedings in intellectual property disputes. Relevant case law will be analyzed, including from the practice of the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as current issues such as the interoperability of computer programs.
