Marius Chelaru – speaker in the debate about the pre-sale-purchase contract

Marius Chelaru – Managing Associate -  will participate today, from 19.30, in the online debate The pre-sale purchase agreement. Legal effects and associated risks, organized by JURIDICE.ro. The debate will also include substantive matters, such as the lack of ownership of the seller at the time of concluding the pre-contract, as well as the conditions for pronouncing a decision that will take the place of an authentic act, respectively problems encountered in the litigious phase.
