Marius Chelaru – participation in the debate on the sale of extra-urban agricultural land

Today, at 7:30 p.m., our colleague, Marius Chelaru– Managing Associate – will participate in the online debate organised by JURIDICE.ro, on the topic: The sale of agricultural land outside built-up areas in the context of Law No. 17/2014, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 175/2020, vs. payment in kind regulated by the Civil Code. Risks and controversies.

The discussion will focus on the controversial issues raised by the application of land legislation in parallel with the transfer mechanisms provided for in the Civil Code, as well as the legal risks identified in practice.
