Maria-Ruxandra Bodea – speaker at a debate on the use of artificial intelligence in the legal profession

Maria-Ruxandra Bodea – Associate – will be taking part in the online debate organised tomorrow at 7.30 pm by JURIDICE.ro: Drafting academic articles with the aid of artificial intelligence – challenges, limitations and risks. Working techniques.

The discussion will address some of the increasingly relevant questions raised by the use of artificial intelligence in research and academic writing: what intellectual contribution is required to qualify as an author; to what extent must the use of AI be disclosed; how should the ideas and information generated by these tools be verified; and at what stage of research can AI bring the greatest value.

A central theme of the debate will be how we can use AI to accelerate serious intellectual work, without turning research into a simulation of competence.
