"A more responsible taxpayer in front of a more organized system" is the social reality that the recent changes to the Fiscal Procedure Code aim to achieve. In the recent article signed by Mihai Stănescu – Managing Associate and Mihai Cristian Huială – Junior Lawyer, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII – these recent legislative changes are reviewed, which, on the one hand, aim to make the collaboration between the taxpayer and the tax authorities more efficient and, on the other hand, to better define their powers.
