Lawyers from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, involved in an important M&A transaction

The STOICA & ASOCIAȚII team, coordinated by Valeriu Stoica (Founding Partner) and consisting of lawyers Dragoș Bogdan (Senior Partner), Daniel Aragea (Partner), Bogdan Popescu (Partner), Andrei Buga (Partner), Marius Chelaru (Managing Associate), Ana Maria Teodorescu (Associate), Angelica Alecu (Associate) and Laurențiu Mihai (Junior Lawyer) provided legal assistance to the private investment fund from the Czech Republic, Emma Capital, in applying for a majority stake in the Get's Bet group, one of the most important Romanian operators in the field of gambling and sports betting.

The team of lawyers from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII carried out legal due diligence operations, provided legal assistance for the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of the transaction, as well as with regard to obtaining from the Council of the Council approvals of the economic concentration operations.
