Lawyer from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII – participation in labor law forum

Our collegue, Andrei Buga – Partner – will participate on Friday, December 15, between 9:30 and 11:30, in the panel "Specific clauses in the employment contract", with an analysis of confidentiality and non-competition clauses. His intervention will take place within the "Labour Law Forum" (3rd edition), which will take place at the "Titu Maiorescu" University in Bucharest - Faculty of Law, an event organized in partnership with the Universul Juridic publishing group.
