Lawyer STOICA & ASOCIAȚII – article about AI in an international publication

In the collection of texts entitled ,,Artificial intelligence : Crime, War and Justice”, whose editor is Nathalie Rébé Ph.D. from Luxembourg, our colleague,  Maria-Ruxandra Bodea – Junior Lawyer - signs the chapter "Automated justice: truly a fundamental change?" about the use of artificial intelligence in the field of justice, especially in law, in courts and in online dispute resolution mechanisms.

In the article, the author identifies the main uses of AI in the legal field, especially in the field of research and drafting, continuing with the analysis of the more controversial application of artificial intelligence in the courts and the imperative to respect the right to a fair trial.
