Illegal dismissals and the refusal of reinstatement

In the recently published article, Cătălina Dicu  - Senior Partner – and Anca Manolache – Senior Associate – briefly analyzes the limiting situations, provided by the Labor Code, in which the employer can order the dismissal for reasons related to the employee's person, respectively when he decides the dismissal for the reason that the job is abolished.
