Elena-Izabel Cernat – Webinar on Digital Contracts in European Law

During the webinar "Digital Contracts in European Law: Consumer Rights, Supplier Obligations, and the Specifics of Digital Services,” which will take place on November 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Elena-Izabel Cernat—Associate—will analyze digital contracts from the perspective of European law, with a focus on the legal framework governing the conformity of digital goods, content, and services. 

Particular attention will be given to Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services (DCD) and Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods (DVB), by highlighting the differences between the subject matter and scope of the two European instruments, as well as their effects on contractual relationships.
