Dan-Rareș Răducanu – moderator in the debate on the respectability of appeals

Dan-Rareș Răducanu – Senior Partner– will be the moderator of the online debate Tougher than the filter procedure: the condition of respectability of appeals, organized on October 20, at 19.30., by JURIDICE.ro. The debate is dedicated to ICCJ Decision No. 1942/2024, whereby an appeal was dismissed because the grounds invoked could not be classified as grounds for cassation provided for by law, with the additional consideration of the non-protocol nature of certain phrases used in its drafting.
