The Society for Juridical Sciences organized on the 22nd of March the debate “Legal issues regarding the parental authority and the domicile of the under aged child: exclusive authority, alternant residency and enforcing difficulties”

, attended by reputed law professionals specialized in civil law.
During the debate, Cătălina Dicu, Senior Partner and Valentina Preda, Partner, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII, pointed out several essential aspects regarding the parental authority and the domicile of the under aged child, issues with regard to the exclusive authority, alternant residency and enforcing difficulties, as well as some amendment proposals with regard to the national legislation.
