Carmen-Alexandra Mureșan, Corina-Ioana Șerbănescu – webinar on the valuation of assets in insolvency proceedings

The realisation of assets in insolvency involves specific procedural steps regulated by Law No. 85/2014, which must be carried out in a timely and efficient manner in order to cover the total amount of the debt in the shortest possible time.

During the webinar Realisation of assets in insolvency proceedings: Practical Challenges, which will take place tomorrow from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Carmen-Alexandra Mureşan, Managing Associate, and Corina-Ioana Șerbănescu, Associate, will present the essential regulations on the realisation of assets at each stage of the insolvency procedure (observation, judicial reorganisation, bankruptcy). They will also discuss practical issues relating to the procedural documents drawn up in this regard (valuation report, sales regulations, award documents), as well as how these can be challenged, using practical examples and case studies.
