Carmen – Alexandra Mureșan – Managing Associate – participated as a speaker on the topic "Practical considerations regarding the intersection between the insolvency procedure and the civil procedure", in the National Business Law Conferenceorganized on March 21by the Law Faculty of the Buch arest Academy of Economic Studies together with Transylvania University in Brașov.

The conference aimed to explore the interferences between the rules and principles enshrined in common law, in particular in the Civil Code, and those enshrined in insolvency law, company law and the law of contracts used in the operation of a business.
