Our colleague, Valentina Preda – Partner -  analyzes in a recently published article the complex situation of a judicial division of inheritance, when one of the co-partners passes away during the process, without the accounts with the former life partner being definitively settled, leaving behind a surviving wife and the children from both marriages, who become both creditors and debtors of the inheritance.
