Angelica-Georgiana Alecu-Ciocîrlan - article on expropriation in ECHR case law

In a recently published volume, which gathers the papers of the National Conference of PhD students in Law, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Craiova, our colleague, Angelica-Georgiana Alecu-Ciocîrlan -Associate -, published the article "Expropriation in fact in the case law of the ECHR. Case Sporrong and Lönnroth v. Sweden", which analyses the impact of the measures taken by public authorities in cases of expropriation, affecting the very substance of the property right.
