Andrei Buga – participation in a debate on labour law

Andrei Buga – Partner - will participate today, from 19.30, in the online debate Look who's talking to who (at work), organized by JURIDICE.ro. The guests will analyze the situations in which the recording of a telephone conversation between employees requested in a litigation against the employer is admissible, in the light of the recent provisions of the decision given by the High Court of Cassation and Justice - the Panel for resolving some legal issues.
