About the dismissal of an employee for disciplinary reasons
In a recent article, our colleague, Andreea Gurică – Associate -, analyses one of the cases of termination of the individual employment contract, at the initiative of the employer: the dismissal of the employee for disciplinary reasons. Although this problem is insufficiently regulated, in the practice of the courts, over time, a series of aspects have emerged that the employer must consider when proceeding with the dismissal of employees.
