About pricing in the public procurement procedure

In a recent article signed by Rareș Răducanu – Senior Partner – and Irina Carmen Titorian – Associate, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII – it is specified that in order to prevent exclusion from the award procedure, businesses offering low prices in relation to the estimated value should detail the financial proposal so that they can justify the way in which it was drawn up.
