About price adjustment in public procurement contracts

Through a recent normative act, the scope of application of the legislative solution previously provided for the construction sector has been widened to public procurement contracts in all economic sectors affected by the historical costs increases caused by the global economic and political context. According to the new legal provisions, the contract price can only be adjusted to the extent strictly necessary to cover the costs, upon which the price was considered.
