About combining genetic material

In a recent article, our colleague, Veronica Dobozi - Partner -, briefly describes the legal issues related to the technique of combining the genetic material of at least three human beings: on the one hand, the possibility of raising claims to establish the filiation link with the future child of the third person donating the genetic material and, on the other hand , of the possibility of violating the right to genetic integrity of the child born from the embryo subjected to the intervention.
