In a recent article published onJuridice.ro legal portal, our colleague, Veronica Dobozi  - Partner, STOICA & ASOCIAȚII -, describes the main biomedical applications that can alter the identity or integrity of the human genome, or that can give rise to criteria for genetic discrimination, as well as the legal issues that their use raises.
