Romanian Civil Code

In Romania, the current Civil Code entered into force on October 1, 2011, replacing the old Civil Code. The normative act regulates the patrimonial and non-patrimonial relations between persons, as subjects of civil law. The Civil Code, translated into English, is useful for all legal professionals (lawyers, legal advisers, arbitrators, etc.) who draft documents in English on issues involving its application.
