Iulian Chetreanu and Vlad Bărbulescu publish an article in the Romanian Arbitration Journal no. 3/2026

Iulian Chetreanu and Vlad Bărbulescu—Junior Lawyers—are the authors of the article "The Art of Evidence in International Arbitration: Reflections on the Bucharest Arbitration Days 2026,” published in issue 3/2026 (July–September) of the Romanian Arbitration Journal.

The article is dedicated to the 7th edition of the Bucharest Arbitration Days conference, held on June 4–5, 2026, under the theme "Evidence in International Arbitration: Evolving Principles and Practices.”

Drawing on the discussions at the conference, the authors provide an overview of the main topics addressed by the participating experts in a field where the administration and evaluation of evidence are essential aspects of the arbitration process.
