In honorem VALERIU STOICA. Drepturi, libertăți și puteri la începutul mileniului al III-lea

Representing a collection of studies in honor of Professor Valeriu Stoica, the volume was designed to be a modest homage on his 65 birthday. The general theme of the volume is the evolution of the polyvalent concepts of Rights, Freedoms and Powers at the beginning of the third millennium, these being the central themes of the studies and contributions made by Professor Valeriu Stoica: politics (or public policies), public ”(human rights) or “private law”.
