How can disputes in construction and infrastructure projects be resolved more effectively?

On October 27, 2026, at HotSpot Bucharest, attorneys from STOICA & ASOCIAȚII will participate in the 5th edition of the International Arbitration Conference, organized by AHK Romania and the AHK Romania Court of Arbitration. Under the theme "Arbitration in Construction and Infrastructure,” the conference brings together arbitration specialists, attorneys, and representatives of the construction industry to discuss the challenges and practical solutions in this field.
