Oana Zamă – on the panel at the conference on urban planning and land-use law

Oana Zamă – Partner – will participate as a speaker at the 9th edition of the National Conference on Urban Planning and Land Use Law, which will take place on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in the "Constantin Stoicescu” Hall of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

This year’s edition is dedicated to the changes introduced by the Code on Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, and Construction (Law No. 169/2026), addressing the implications of the new regulations on urban planning, building permits, administrative litigation, and compensation mechanisms.

During Session III—"Litigation, Judicial Review, and Compensation,” scheduled from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., Oana Zamă will deliver a presentation titled "The Urban Planning Code and Expropriation: From Urban Planning Documentation to the Actual Payment of Compensation.” The presentation aims to examine the relationship between urban planning documentation, expropriation procedures, and compensation mechanisms within the context of the new legislative framework.
