Relevant experience

Ana-Maria Vințan started her carrier as an independent lawyer. After joining STOICA & ASOCIAȚII’s team, she rendered legal assistance and representation to Romanian and foreign clients in civil and commercial law litigations, administrative and labour law procedures and in real estate cases.

Ana-Maria was active in finalizing complex commercial transactions and was involved in banking and civil law advisory work.
