Irina Andreea Micu assisted and represented Romanian and foreign clients in civil law litigations, IP dispute resolution cases especially in connection with trademarks, patents, intellectual property and other related rights.
She was active in competition law cases, assisting clients in the investigations carried out by the Competition Council in various industries with regard to alleged beaches of competition law rules (e.g. cartels, abuse of dominant position, economic concentrations etc.) and rendered legal assistance in various projects that generated competition law issues.
Irina Andreea Micu assisted and represented clients before the local and international arbitration courts (ICC Paris).

At the meeting session of the Romanian Senate, on December 19, 2018, a draft law was passed to amend Law no. 77/2016 regarding the giving in payment of real estate properties in order to settle the liabilities arising from credit contracts. In the article, the author alerts himself to the potential legal effects of a law in its current form.

In the article “We are ready for the tacit approval of applications for the issuing of building permits” signed by Laura Elena RADU (Senior Partner) and by Marius CHELARU (Managing Associate), is analised the legislative proposal for amending and completing the Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, which received the favourable opinion of the Legislative Council.
