Laura Elena Radu enjoys a wide professional experience achieved both in advisory and in dispute resolution areas, assisting and representing local and foreign clients before the judiciary and the arbitral courts from Romania and abroad (ICC Paris).

She has a very good reputation as pleading lawyer, assisting and representing clients in product liability cases, in litigations in connection with restitution of real estate properties and Land Book related matters, in administrative challenges, in local and international arbitral cases, or in M&A projects.

Laura Elena Radu assisted and represented clients in competition law cases related to administrative proceedings (investigations carried out by the Competition Council) and to judicial procedures in connection with the annulment/mitigation of the fines applied by the Competition Council.

  Following the series of analysis of the problems that usually occur in the field of legal enforcement, during the National Conference “Enforcement: between availability and active role”, the 3rd volume of the book “Enforcement. Difficulties and practical solutions” written by Prof. univ. Evelina Oprina, Phd (judge), and Vasile Bozeșan (judge) and published by Universul Juridic Publishing House, was launched.
  Prof. univ. dr. Valeriu Stoica, Phd and Bogdan Dumitrache (bailiff) presented the paper, which ensures the understanding of enforcement by opening new perspectives for reflection and legal analysis.

  At the end of December 2020, the publishing house Wolters Kluwer Romania published the “Guide for the use of the Rules of Arbitration Procedure” of the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  Cristiana I. Stoica, partner at STOICA & Asociații, member of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and arbitrator at CICA CCIR, is co-author of the Guide, together with Stefan Deaconu, Bazil Oglindă, Cornel Popa, Sorina Olaru, Claudiu Dinu, Marian Nicolae, Florian Nițu, Ioan Schiau and Cosmin Vasile.

  The paper is extremely useful to the practitioners in the field of arbitration organized by CICA-CCIR, offering them a tool not only theoretical, but especially practical, regarding the application of the rules of the mentioned arbitration institution.
