New case law in the field of the protection of trademarks

In the article “The CJEU confirms: the lack of real intention to use a registered national or community trademark demonstrates the bad faith of its owner” published on the news portal, Dragoș Bogdan (Senior Partner) and Bianca Iamandi (Junior Lawyer) analyze the arguments that the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled in case C-371/18, having as object the preliminary questions regarding the interpretation of the notion of bad faith, when registering a trademark.
