These people can find in the book various interpretations of the arbitral rules, validated by reputable Romanian practitioners. The topics of the book describe the legal framework of the arbitration in Romania, the choice of law, arbitral proceedings, arbitral institutions, the role of the courts of law in arbitration, and the role of the arbitration in investments.
