• Assisting and representing major Romanian banks in collective damages claims launched by the National Authority for Consumers Protection in a consortium litis with the bank’s customers, aiming at the renegociation of the credit contracts denominated in CHF and the agreement of fixing a rate exchange frozen at the 2007 -2008 level
• Assisting and representing one of the biggest telecom operators in Romania in a litigation initiated by the National Consumer Protection Authority refering to alleged abusive clauses
• Representing a top Romanian telecom operator in a series of complex litigations against the National Authority for Consumer Protection in connection with the application of fines and ancillary measures, as stopping of the tax increase applicable to telecommunications subscriptions
• Assisting and representing of a top Romanian bank in connection with its entire portfolio of civil and commercial litigation spread over half of the country, including litigation on enforcement, insolvency and consumer protection
