Professor Valeriu STOICA, who initiated the establishment of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii, in his capacity of founding partner, coordinates the entire activity of the law firm and the one of the litigation division, since Cristiana I. STOICA,  founding partner of STOICA & Asociaţii, is coordinating the advisory work of the law firm.

The two founding partners demonstrated a great interest in combining their expertise and experience with the initiative of the other lawyers of the law firm whom they have encouraged to be part of the STOICA & Asociaţii team.

Prone to commercial, pragmatic and responsive, the lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii, all graduated from reputed Romanian law schools, are familiar with the high professional standards of the legal practice, which the law firm has adopted and applied constantly since its establishment and enjoy excellent practice of foreign languages, especially English or French.

In consideration of the ascension of Romania in the European Union, the attorneys from STOICA & Asociaţii are strongly committed to implement the European Law in their current practice, by special training programs and by developing professional contacts with internationally reputed law firms with extensive expertise in the field of the European law.
