Professor Valeriu Stoica's practice in civil law matters (e.g., property restitutions) is one of the most relevant in the Romanian business environment.


Also, he coordinated the representation in litigation for various Romanian banks (including among others BRD - Groupe Société Générale, ING Bank NV, CITIBANK Romania SA and ABN AMRO Bank Romania SA) and for large companies such as MOL Ro Comert SRL, Shell Gas Romania and Romtelecom SA. He represented Agrana Zucker Gessellschaft m.b.H. in a matter of international commercial arbitration in front of ICC arbitration commission.

He coordinated the commercial litigation and the advisory work for ALRO SA, UTI Grup, Murfatlar Romania SA, as well as representation for patent infringement and for trademarks disputes for Merck & Co Inc., Pfizer Ltd. and GlaxoSmithKline. Also, he successfully participated to the negotiation of commercial transaction, in the energy sector.
