She joined the STOICA & Asociatii team since 2005, as student. She participates in representation of the clients in civil, commercial, administrative litigations and in procedures of commercial competition. He cooperated in real estate projects, in litigations related to the granting of rights of concession in real estate domain, regarding the legality of the administrative acts issued by public authorities, regarding the recognition and valuing of the ownership and other in rem rights, regarding the protection of the rights of the associates of commercial companies and also insolvency procedure , fiscal procedures and public aquisitions.
Before joining the STOICA & Asociaţii team, she attended an internship at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.
