Radu Rizoiu

 

Radu Rizoiu offers consultancy to Romanian and foreign clients in banking and financial law issues, in commercial contracts, publicity and media, in energy and telecommunications sectors.

In 2001, he attended a training of professional practice in Toronto, Canada, to McCarthy Tetrault, who had a close cooperation with STOICA & Asociaţii in providing the legal assistance in transactions concerning international project financing.

He assisted both lenders and borrowers in financing projects, in syndicate loans or mortgage loans, or in factoring operations. He assisted clients in shares commercial operations, in corporate mergers and dissolutions, in initiation and structuring of publicity campaigns or in infrastructure and real estate projects. He joined the STOICA & Asociaţii team in 1996 and he is senior partner since 2007.
