News from 2010

The September number of the legal revue “Curierul Judiciar” was published. The “Newsletter" rubric of this number, drafted by the STOICA & Asociaţii lawyers, presents briefly the new changes in the Competition Law.

In the Official Gazette no. 553 / 5 August 2010, the following Orders were published:

• Order no. 385/2010 covering the application of the Economic Concentration Regulation.
• Order no. 386/2010 covering the rules implementing the instructions on the concepts of economic concentration, involved company, full operation, turnover.
• Order no. 387/2010 putting into application the instructions related to restrictions directly linked to the economic concentration.
• Order no. 388/2010 dealing with the application of instructions on the relevant market definition. Order no. 389/2010 repealing certain regulations and orders of the Competition Council.
