New Civil Code
A distinctive element, which offers us individuality on the Romanian
legal market, is the participation of the lawyers of SCA Stoica &
Asociatii, both as well known practitioners, and as teachers within the
Law Faculty of the Bucharest University, in the important projects of
reforming the Romanian legal system, as is the new Civil Code, which
entered into force on October 1, 2011, and the Law no. 71/2011 for the
