He joined the STOICA & Asociaţii team in 2005, when he started the performance of practice stages. He participated in representation of clients in civil, commercial, intellectual property, administrative and fiscal litigations, in criminal cases regarding economic crimes, in labor litigations and cooperated in the assistance of clients in projects of consultancy regarding banking and credit operations or regarding commercial contracts.

Professor’s Assistant at Criminal Law – General Part and Special Part at the Law Faculty of Nicolae Titulescu University, author of various articles published in law magazines, he is a member of the international research project  financed  from public founds named "Răspunderea penală a persoanei juridice". He colaborated in the "Internet Crime Reporting in Romania" project.
