Marieta Avram

 

Marieta Avram started her career as lawyer. Afterwards, she continued as judge in the Bucharest Court of Appeal, as studies manager in the Supreme Court of Romania, as manager in the Ministry of Justice and she was Director of the Legal Department of Banca Româna de Dezvoltare - Groupe Societe Generale. She acquired an important experience in the domain of elaboration of normative acts, now she is a member in the commision for elaboration of the new Civil Code, as well as in the financial banking sector.

Jurist of high value, she contributes to the consolidation of the professional experience of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii in the comnsultancy activity as well as in representing the clients of the law firm in commercial or civil litigations. She is a senior partner and coordinates projects of financing, banks and insurances, activities of consultancy in telecommunications, projects of concessions and public acquisitions, litigations related to the civil liability in tort or contractual liability, litigations of private international law.
