Relevant experience
She joined the STOICA & Asociaţii team in 2007, when she started the legal practice stages.
She took part in assistance of Romanian and foreign clients in disputes on civil, commercial administrative or fiscal law litigations. She took part in projects regarding protection of the rights of shareholders of commercial companies, in litigations regarding recognition and recovery of property right and of other real rights, the legality of administrative acts issued by public authorities and commercial competition.
