Early stage experience of the law firm is included to pilot privatization projects, continuing with foreign investment and permanent legal assistance to a large number of companies for their day-to-day operating activities.

International project financing or capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions or international contracts were assisted by STOICA & Asociaţii under a continuous changing legal environment, where legal solutions were found based on the past experience of its founders combined with its partners' and associates strong initiative and high quality work.

Specific assistance was granted in connection with power, oil and gas projects, or in IT, media and telecom transactions.

Apart from the advisory work, the law firm granted an efficient representation to a significant number of romanian and foreign clients, in front of arbitral or judicial courts. Since its establishment, STOICA & Asociaţii selected its clients in consideration of the law firm orientation towards the business law sectors. Romanian or foreigners, multinational or domestic corporations, large or small and medium size companies, private entities or local municipalities, State institutions or private companies, profit or non-profit legal entities- during the years STOICA & Asociaţii assisted a large number of clients represented in their majority from the private sector. Legal assistance was also provided to clients belonging to the State sector.
