Along the years, STOICA & Asociaţii has worked with a large number of young lawyers, selected and trained in consideration of the moral and professional values which form the vision and the principles of the entire law firm.

They constitute the most dynamic group of professionals of the law firm and those who are manifestly the best, become part of the strong team of STOICA & Asociaţii.

A special program has been recently introduced for the students performing practice with the law firm during their law studies, in helping them to build their legal career, by granting either scholarships or sponsorship in relation to their academic graduation.

Selections for associates and assistants are organized almost two times per each calendar year, through interviews, tests and trainee programs.
