Professor Valeriu STOICA, who initiated the establishment of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii, in his capacity of founding partner, coordinates the entire activity of the law firm and the one of the litigation division, since Cristiana I. STOICA, the other founding partner of STOICA & Asociaţii, is coordinating the advisory work of the law firm.

The two founding partners demonstrated a great interest in combining their expertise and experience with the initiative of the other lawyers of the law firm whom they have encouraged to be part of the STOICA & Asociaţii team.

The partnership of the law firm increased gradually, until its current size of eight partners, all of them being recognized as excellent practitioners, along the founding partners, also including: Marieta Avram, Cătălina Dicu, Dan R. Răducanu, Radu Rizoiu, Doru Trăilă, Răzvan Dincă and Anca L. Caraiola.

Prone to commercial, pragmatic and responsive, the lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii, all graduated from the most reputed Romanian law schools, are familiar with the high professional standards of the legal practice, which the law firm has adopted and applied constantly since its establishment and enjoy excellent practice of foreign languages, especially English or French.
