He joined the STOICA&Asociatii team in 2007, when he started the legal practice stages.
He took part in the assistance of our clients in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in public procurement procedures..
Within the Stoica&Asociaţii team he specialized in insolvency, representing our clients in some of the most important judicial reorganizations of the last years. He ensured legal counseling and representation in family law cases to our Romanian and foreign clients, in family law cases, within judicial and non-judicial procedures comprising international elements.
He collaborates in projects of commercial consultancy and in negotiation of commercial contracts.
