Presently, she is assistant professor, Ph.D. at the Law Faculty of the Bucharest University and vice-dean of same faculty. She obtained the Price "Paul C. Vlachide" of the Romanian Lawyers Union (December 2006) for the work "the Unilateral act in the private law".

Presently, she is assistant professor, Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University and vice/dean of the same faculty.

She published numerous specialty articles and works. She obtained the Award "Paul C. Vlachide" of the Romanian Lawyers Union (December 2006) for the work "The unilateral act under the private law".

For the contribution to the legislation reform she received the decoration "National Order the Star of Romania" Officer rank, by Decree of the President of Romania (2000).
